Do you struggle to get a full eight hours sleep a night? You’re not alone! Six out of 10 New Zealanders say they feel exhausted during the day, simply from lack of sleep. This was one of the key findings from the Colmar Brunton* research we commissioned to find out more about New Zealand sleep patterns.


Even if you struggle to get a full eight hours sleep a night, having the right bed and ensuring the right sleep habits can help play a major role in the quality of your sleep.

With this in mind, we invited busy blogger and mother of three, Vanessa Rehm from to try sleeping on our Sealy Posturepedic Enhance bed. Vanessa fully appreciates the importance of a good night’s sleep, but like so many busy women, work and family life often get in the way.
