Remove make-up with your go-to make-up remover followed by a face cleanser. Removing the build-up of dirt and oil encountered during the day ensures your skin can breathe and renew overnight.

After cleansing, use a moisturiser best suited to your skin (normal, dry, oily, combination or sensitive) and gently rub over your face and neck. I use a rich night-time cream to help keep my skin soft, hydrated and prevent lines.
