Unicased Construction enhances the support provided by the Posturepedic innerspring, while delivering uniform and stable comfort across the entire mattress with a firm, durable seating edge.

Unicased Technology allows a mattress to have one sleep surface and two working sides so there is no need to flip the mattress.

How it Works

Unicased Base:

Consists of a Polyethylene plank that is a working side of the mattress. Its columns and channels absorb shock and dampen motion to add longevity and consistency to  the mattress.

Unicased Edge:

A Polyethylene edge protection system that locks into the spring unit to deliver stability, a consistent seating edge and increases the sleepable surface of the mattress.
